Joseph Berg is a proven sales and operations executive with substantial experience in the development and management of highly profitable, business to business service organizations. His entrepreneurial style in taking start-up and under developed companies to strong profitable entities has been proven  several times over.

Mr. Berg has over 15 years of experience in the comprehensive energy services, facility services, HVAC, and mechanical contracting industries. Joe started his career as an owner operator of a performance-based mechanical services firm, then moving to a position as Facilities Engineering and Utility Systems Manager for a major healthcare HMO organization. He then spent five years with Honeywell as the Western United States Director of Engineering and Program Management. In that capacity he had leadership responsibility for the development and implementation of over $250 million in energy services and performance contracting projects annually. Mr. Berg was the original start-up employee and Director of Business Development for Southern Company Energy Solutions, the unregulated energy services company started by Southern Company, the largest utility holding company in the southeast United States. In the mid to late 1990's he was employed as the Vice President, Sales and Operations of e.three/Sierra Energy Company, an unregulated energy services company and facility outsourcing firm, wholly-owned by Sierra Pacific Resources in Nevada.  Recruited by Tolin Mechanical Systems Company as Regional Vice President (SW Region), Joe was responsible for increasing the regions annual revenue over 500% and operating income over 1000% in five years.   

Mr. Berg presently serves as Executive Vice President for Midstate Mechanical, Inc.  Midstate is the largest privately held mechanical contractor in Arizona.  Midstate provides mechanical construction and services for commercial, industrial, and public institutions in Arizona.   CLICK HERE FOR RESUME
