Wayne Shorter, saxophonist, composer and true master of unparalleled genius, pushed jazz to new places for 60 years. Wayne was the musical director for Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, player and composer for Miles Davis and founder of the jazz fusion band Weather Report.
Fred Forney and his quintet played Wayne Shorter - Re–Imagined at The Nash Jazz Club which featured brand new fresh arrangements of Shorter’s music including Speak No Evil, Infant Eyes, Children of the Night, Footprints, Elegant People, Ana Maria and more.
