Just a fun street photography image to post this time. Recent trip to Santa Fe with a Friday evening dinner at La Boca Santa Fe. While we were out for an evening stroll I thought I would try out Ilford Delta 3200 film in the Rolleiflex. If your ever in Santa Fe and enjoy tapas give La Boca a try, you cant go wrong.

Out for in evening walk in Flagstaff Arizona with friends looking for street type shots. Mother Road Brewing Company #motherroadbeer is in a neat old building on Mike's Pike. We walked into their courtyard and lucky me stumbled into this shot. Got caught in the process. Taken with Canon A-1 on Ilford Delta 400 film.
The light from the old store front windows at Pizzeria Bianco in downtown Phoenix is always inspiring to me. It just seems to have that magical glow for great photography. The image was taken around 4:00 PM and includes a plate of their Antipasti and a glass of Chenin Blanc. When was the last time you had a glass of Chenin Blanc that was not out of a box in your mothers harvest gold refer? Image shot with a Canon A-1 on Ilford Delta 400 film. I'm pretty sure at f2.0.
While wondering around Phoenix Sky Harbor in the morning I spotted this photo. I feel like it's the grain and narrow depth of field that appeals to me. Remember, an image that might inspire you can happen anywhere / anytime. The image was taken with a Canon F-1 on Ilford Delta 400 film. Cheers!
On a recent trip had the chance to spend some time in the North and South Grove of the Giant Sequoia's at Calaveras Big Tree's Park. Quiet, cool, special feeling in this place. Did you know that these trees are the largest living thing on our planet? Sierra redwood trees are the largest trees in the world. Many sierra redwoods are between 250 and 300 feet tall, the tallest being about 325 feet high. While their height is impressive, the real wonder of a sierra redwood lies in its bulk. Many of these giants have diameters in excess of 30 feet near the ground, with a corresponding circumference of over 94 feet! For more info on the park and the trees check out this link.
The photo was taken with a Rolleiflex TLR Camera on Kodak Portra Film.
Got this shot of Ryan on Ilford Delta 100 120 film. Shot with a Rolleiflex. We were messing around with the Rolleiflex connected to a sync cord, two pocket wizards and a hot shoe flash in a softbox. Fun. Used up the entire roll. I am constantly amazed at the image quality of black & white medium format film even after scanning.
