World-class saxophonist Brice Winston is a long time collaborator with Terrence Blanchard, and has performed worldwide. Angelo Versace, pianist, is the head of the University of Arizona Jazz Department. Scott Black has a long career on bass performing in Chicago and New York and now in Tucson. Brice and Scott are co-founders of the Tucson Jazz Institute.
This Tucson-based group has performed regularly at Pastiche a location that was named to the list of Great Jazz Venues in Downbeat Magazine.
